June 2026 Newsletter

Greetings, welcome to the first edition newsletter from KLH Associates Mindset Align Coaching, LLC. I’m Kenneth Hanna Jr. H-a-n-n-a, not the palindrome H-a-n-n-a-h. I am the founder and a Coach specializing in Change and Transitions.

You are receiving this newsletter because you’re a current part of my network. Thank you for subscribing and I hope you continue reading to learn more about what I am up to. Of the many definitions of “coach” this definition resonated with me most; someone whose job is to provide training for people or to help prepare them for something: Defining that “something” is the process we engage in with clients of KLH Associates. As a change and transition coach, I work with clients who are future focused. I help clients align their mindset with the future version they intend to be.

Often change and transition are used interchangeably, but change is situational usually marked by an ending. The transition is acknowledging and coming to terms with the loss and the reorientation of the sense of self, a psychological process that takes time.

This new endeavor is a result of my own change and transition. I came to transition coaching after working as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for over thirty years in a variety of settings, mostly with individuals and families affected by traumatic life experiences. My evolution into this role was a natural progression from working with clients who were coming to terms with the impact of adverse events on their psyche.

Whether you’re eighteen or eighty, life changes are constant, our work guides the transition process allowing you to clarify your next chapter with greater confidence and purpose.

Please forward this to those in your contact list who would benefit from our services. For more information check out klhassociatesmac.com

Before closing, I would like to acknowledge my Master Mind Council for the work they put in to make this newsletter a reality. Special appreciation for Casey (my son-in-law) for his technical knowledge and skills.

One of the difficulties of being in transition in the modern world is that we have lost our appreciation for this gap in the continuity of existence.  For us, "emptiness" represents only the absence of something.  So, when what's missing is something as important as relatedness and purpose and reality, we try to find ways of replacing those missing elements as quickly as possible.” ― William Bridges

Until next time, take good care,

— Ken
