Change - Clarification - Actualization Process
Actualization
Finding meaning is a lifelong process that continually evolves as we grow and incorporate new information. Self-actualization is not a destination as it appears on top of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Transitions in life are never a linear process; we are human, subject to living in a world with other humans without a predetermined guidebook illustrating possible scenarios and how to react. The way we approach and manage our lives depends on our Mindset. The C-C-A process assists you on your journey to achieving a wisdom mindset, observing life without judgment.

Finding meaning is an individual and deeply personal process:

“A man’s search for meaning is the primary motivation in his life and not a 'secondary rationalization' of instinctual drives”.
- Viktor Frankl

‘Know Thyself’, the phrase attributed to Aristotle.

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams, who looks inside, awakes”.
- Carl Gustav Jung.
